If any of your PlushToons™ animated musical animals are defective or if you are not 100% satisfied with your PlushToons™ within 60 days of receipt of the product, we will replace your PlushToons™ or refund the amount of your purchase (minus shipping & processing), whichever you request.
To request a refund or exchange, simply call us at (818) 981-8936 and our customer service representative will give you a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return shipping address.
Send your PlushToons™ back to the address given to you by our customer service representative with the RA number written clearly on the outside of the return package. Your exchange or return will be processed promptly.
You can also fax your return request to (866) 254-7548 or email us. Your return authorization number and return shipping address information will be sent back to you by fax or e-mail which ever applies.
